What P.A. Ali "Chattakam" started in Fort Kochi in 1976 as a passion for authentic Malabar biriyani has grown into one of Kerala's most respected catering services — now proudly led by his son Shamnad Ali Chattakam, who carries the same values, the same recipes, and an even deeper commitment to excellence. 1976-ൽ ഫോർട്ട് കൊച്ചിയിൽ പി.എ. അലി "ചട്ടകം" ആരംഭിച്ചത് ഇന്ന് കേരളത്തിലെ ഏറ്റവും ബഹുമാനിക്കപ്പെടുന്ന കേറ്ററിംഗ് സേവനങ്ങളിലൊന്നായി മാറി.
